I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that BIR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Band Into Real reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I agree that by registering to staff, I will be available for the entire staffing experience, starting at 10:00 on Thursday morning until completion at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon. If for any reason I can not be available during this time, in its entirety, I will be subject to the cancellation policy.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.

We offer a tiered pricing model to make this workshop both sustainable and accessible. Please choose the tier that best fits your financial situation. The staffing fee includes Wednesday night lodging (February 24, 2027); however, you must confirm your early arrival by February 18, 2027 if you plan to come early. You will receive instructions on how to confirm your spot in your order confirmation email.

Payment plans are available for all three tiers.

Benefactor Rate – $795
This tier is for those who can comfortably invest in themselves. At this level, you support your own growth and help make it possible for another woman to staff.
Standard Rate – $735
This tier reflects the true cost of the program. It’s for those who can afford to staff without compromising their ability to meet basic needs.
Supported Rate - $675
This tier is for those who could not staff otherwise. If paying the Standard Rate would mean sacrificing life’s essentials, the Supported Rate allows you to participate.
